WHITEHORSE 90% of public lands. Beginning at Follyfarm; southeast on State Highway 78 to United States Highway 95; northeast on Highway 95 to Jordan Valley; east on Jordan Valley-Silver City Road to Oregon-Idaho state line; south on Oregon-Idaho state line to the Oregon-Nevada state line; west on the Oregon-Nevada state line to Denio; northeast on Company Road 201 through Fields and Andrews to Follyfarm, point of beginning.
