Beginning at Burns; west on United States Highway 20 to Glass Buttes-Camp Circle Road near Glass Buttes; north on Glass Buttes-Camp Circle Road to Twelvemilele Circle Road; east on Twelvemilele Circle Road to Grindstone Circle Road; northeast on Grindstone Circle Road to Paulina-Suplee Road; southeast on Paulina-Suplee Road to Suplee; east on Pine Circle Road to S Fork John Day River; southeast on S Fork John Day River to Forest Road 3750 at Bear Circle; east on 3750 to Forest Road 37; northeast on 37 to United States Highway 395; south on Highway 395 to Burns, point of beginning.
