Unit 39 Located in Clear Creek, Jefferson and Park Counties bounded on North by U.S. 40 and I-70; on the East by Colorado 74 and Jefferson CR 73; on the South by U.S. 285, North Turkey Creek-Elk Creek divide and Pike-Arapaho NF boundary; on the West by the Continental Divide.
