Unit 3 A Beginning at the junction of United States Highway 180 and Arizona Highway 77; south on Arizona Highway 77 to Arizona Highway 377; southwesterly on Arizona Highway 377 to Arizona Highway 277; easterly on Arizona Highway 277 to Snowflake; easterly on the Snowflake-Concho Road to United States Highway 180A; north on United States Highway 180A to United States Highway 180; northwesterly on United States Highway 180 to Arizona Highway 77.
